This course is designed to give the child care worker a wider understanding of some of the most common communicable diseases, how they spread, how to stop the spread, and the treatments available.
This is important in terms of an organisation's preparedness for illness in a child care setting to protect workers, parents, and children.

• Treatment available
• How to stop transmission
